Diabetes Resource Needed Immediately at Noblaskolan Saltsjö-Boo

Noblaskolan Saltsjö-Boo is a preschool and primary school with high ambitions and a language profile. We currently have about 900 students in primary school and 100 children in preschool. Through good relationships and high expectations for both staff and students, we work together to achieve our vision - Engagement, joy, and learning in a safe environment. The school is located in the picturesque Tollare in Saltsjö-Boo and offers an outdoor environment that invites active play.

Your Mission

Do you want to help create a safe and stimulating environment for children and young people and have experience working with diabetes? We at Noblaskolan Saltsjö-Boo are now looking for an engaged and responsible diabetes resource who wants to be part of our team in the middle school.

About the Position:

As a diabetes resource, you will support students in their self-care regarding diabetes management. During the school day, you will assist students in their self-care and participate in teaching with other students to contribute to safety and study peace.

At our school, we have high ambitions for our children's learning and development, and our work is characterized by high engagement. Therefore, we are looking for someone with a strong personal commitment to learning, a passionate interest in developing our students' knowledge, and the ability to collaborate collegially.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working as a diabetes resource.
• Is engaged and responsible.
• Has good ability to collaborate and communicate with both students, guardians, and colleagues.
• Has a strong interest in children's development and learning.

We Offer

As a diabetes resource, you will work closely with our students with diabetes. You will support them in their self-care and also be a resource for all students in middle school. You will work closely with your colleagues in your work team and be available as a resource where the operation has needs.

It is important to develop! We set high expectations for both our students and our staff and support and challenge each other to reach even further. It is also important that we have fun at work and that we all contribute to raising the atmosphere and living up to our vision even within the staff.

Other

We offer a fixed-term position at 80% until June 12, 2026. The position may be extended if needed.
